You Will Need…

• A Mirror
• A Picture Of What You’re Looking To Change
• A Pink Candle or Incense
• The Full Moon.

Step 1: Take your mirror and under the moonlight, reflect the moon in its reflection.

Step 2: Place the picture on the mirror, concentrate on its image and recite the following three times while focussing on what it is you’d like to change.

“Moonshine, Starlight,
let the wind carry your light,
let your glow cover my body,
and let your shine cover every eye.”

Step 3: Three times say…

“Moonshine, Starlight,
shape and mold my body,
as a rose is granted beauty,
let me blossom in your light,
the light that brings me beauty,
