Yoga For Gemini
To get the most cosmic support, try downward facing dog.
You’ll work the entire body, but return to the shoulders repeatedly: right shoulder, then left shoulder, as if they were twins. Start by placing hands and knees on the floor. Keep your knees directly below your hips and set hands slightly forward of your shoulders. Inhale, then exhale as you push your knees away from the floor, raising your hips and straightening your legs. Keep the arms straight and fingers spread on the floor. Move the shoulder blades toward one another (opening the chest) and down the back, away from your head.
