The Tarot’s Pentacles represent the realm of Earth, symbolizing our connection to the physical and material world.

The Pentagram, a five-pointed star encased in a circle, also reminds us to keep our feet on the ground (the bottom two points), and to keep reaching for the stars (the top point).

It represents the sacred axion: “As above, so below”.

The ultimate sign of wealth, in some decks, they are called Pence or Coins, a reference to money, which is the currency of the physical world.

Pentacles often indicate a time for more awareness around both our finances, and our physical bodies. This suit encourages us to stay grounded in the physical, “real” world.

Because Pentacles are associated with the Earth plane, one way to work with them is by connecting to nature.

A stylish way to do so is through the mineral world of crystals, gems and stones!

Each sign of the zodiac has a relating gemstone, for example, Scorpio is often associated with topaz, and Leo is associated with peridot.

Wearing your sign’s gemstone can help you stay grounded and connected to both the Earth and within yourself. Also, collecting different stones in which you feel an affinity is another great way of linking with the Earth energies.

Carrying a favorite or “lucky” coin with you, like the suit of Pentacles, is a reminder that staying grounded in the world, is the way in which we can manifest the greatest success and abundance!
