Eucalyptus is a versatile oil for the archers: great for adding to your post sport massage blend, to relax those tight, aching, thigh muscles (the Sagittarian part of the body) or adding to a sauna for a refreshing sweat.
For your travels, try an immune boosting antibacterial defence spray by adding a few drops of eucalyptus, lemongrass and tea tree to water.
Camomile is a mentally and physically calming essential oil for, making it a perfect choice for adding to your evening bath or to a diffuser.
It is an expression oil, which resonates with the throat chakra, helping to release anger and encourage truth and clarity in thought and action.
Chamomile is effective in counteracting the Sagittarian tendency towards hot headedness and impulsiveness.

Lemon essential oil that resonates with Sagittarius’ character, it is cheery, upbeat and make a great antidepressant.

Always do a skin test for oils you’ve never used, in the unlikely event of an allergy. To do this, add a drop to the back of your wrist, via a cotton bud, apply a plaster and wait for 24 hours.
There are some oils which are fine to use during pregnancy, though lots of them aren’t. Please check before use and do not ingest or apply the oils neat…
