Who are the leading fashionistas born under the zodiac sign Aries?

In no particular order, here are my favourite fashion forward ladies of an Aries flavour…

1. Vivienne Westwood…

Dame Vivienne Isabel Westwood was born 8 April 1941. The English fashion designer and businesswoman was a Sagittarius Rising, and was largely responsible for bringing modern punk and new wave fashions into the mainstream. See her full birth chart here!

2. Pharrell Williams

Pharrell Williams was born April 5, 1973 and is an American musician, producer and fashion designer. In 2005, Williams partnered with Japanese fashion icon Nigo to create the streetwear brands Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream footwear. More recently in 2023, Louis Vuitton appointed William’s  their new men’s creative director.

3. Sarah Jessica Parker…

Sarah Jessica Parker was born March 25th 1965 and is an American actress and television producer. Labeled as a fashion icon thanks to her portrayal of Carrie Bradshaw, Parker has worked with the world’s biggest fashion brands. A Gemini Rising, Parker has Venus in Aries and a Capricorn Moon.

4. Grace Coddington…

Grace Coddington was born 20 April 1941, and is a former model and creative director at-large of American Vogue. Known for the creation of complex and dramatic photoshoots, she “has produced some of fashion’s most memorable imagery. Her pictures might be jolly and decadent or moody and mysterious.”

5. Anna Dello Russo…

Anna Dello Russo is an Italian fashion journalist. Born April 16th 1962, she is a creative consultant and editor-at-large for Vogue Japan.

6. Anna Piaggi…

Anna Maria Piaggi born 22 March 1931 was an Italian fashion writer. She was known for her bright blue hair, liberal use of make-up, and her sense of style that mixed vintage and contemporary fashion.

7. Lady Gaga…

Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta was born March 28, 1986. Known professionally as Lady Gaga, the American singer, songwriter, and actress is known for her image reinventions and versatility. She boasts Venus in Aries and a Scorpio Moon.

8. Edie Sedgwick…

Born 20 April 1943, the very last breaths of Aries, Sedgwick met Andy Warhol in 1965. She became the queen of the underground art and fashion world. Gemini Rising with Venus in Gemini, she looked incredible with cropped hair!

9. Diana Ross…

Diana Ross was born March 26, 1944 and is an American singer and actress. Known as the “Queen of Motown Records”, she was the lead singer of the vocal group the Supremes, who became Motown’s most successful act during the 1960s. At 14 she aspired to become a fashion designer, and took classes in clothing design, millinery, pattern making, and tailoring. In the evenings and on weekends she also took modelling and cosmetology classes

10. Elton John…

Sir Elton was born 25 March 1947, and is a British singer, songwriter and pianist. His showmanship has had a significant, lasting impact on the music and fashion industry. He has sold over 300 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time.
